Sweeps USA Hidden Wagering Requirements and Missing Redemptions

OAKLAND PARK, Fla. (Gambling911.com) - On Thursday October 15, 2026, Gambling911.com took a deep dive into the sweepstakes casino Sweeps USA to see what customers across the net are saying.

Founded in 2025, SweepsUSA is a relatively new entrant in the American sweepstakes casino market. Its reputation has deteriorated significantly during 2026, particularly over customer complaints about unpaid redemptions and closed accounts, with nearly 76 percent of reviews on TrustPilot giving the site one star.

Reviewer Marisol Jimenez alleges she purchased two $99.99 packages advertised with 200 free Sweeps Coins, then discovered a 35-times wagering requirement. She reported that more than 443 of her nearly 500 SC were locked, leaving just 27.54 redeemable.

"My biggest concern is the lack of transparency. Customers should know exactly what they're agreeing to BEFORE spending their money."

Another reviewer, Kem, reported that a redemption marked processed had still not reached their bank after 12 business days.

These are far from isolated cases.  Even a four star review from several months back alluded to the slow redemption times.

"I like this casino for its ease in completing. KYC and deposit methods, not to mention the $3 Welcome bonus. Many sweeps casinos drag you around verifying you but Sweepsusa.com uses Veriff and you’re done in one step. What I don’t like is that I am STILL waiting on a $100 redemption to my card which still isn’t on my card 12 hours after I received an email claiming my redemption was successful.

"UPDATE: I received my winnings after several days of dialogue with customer service. Since then I have submitted one gift card redemption that took longer than normal for sweeps casinos I've used but I DID get paid. Bottom line sweepsUSA.com pays it just seems to take a little longer than expected."

These are customer allegations, not independently verified findings.

Sweeps USA Complaints

Typical recent complaints are unusually concentrated around the company's handling of winnings and redemption requests.

  • Complaint category    What customers allege
  • Delayed payouts    Redemptions remain pending for days or weeks
  • Account closures    Accounts suspended or terminated after customers request winnings
  • Confiscated winnings    Redemption amounts reduced under promotional restrictions
  • Playthrough requirements    Customers discover wagering requirements they say were not clearly disclosed
  • Customer support    Repetitive responses without clear resolutions
