LAS VEGAS, Nev (Gambling911.com) - The date for a jury trial has now been set for February 9, 2027 in Las Vegas, Nevada in the lawsuit filed by prominent Orange County California real estate developer and a former sports agent, Gambling911.com has learned.
Dwight Manley who claims he was involuntarily drugged with ketamine while playing blackjack in the high-limit area of the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in December 2021.
The lawsuit also alleges he sustained injuries as his credit line was increased by millions of dollars while under the influence.
According to MGM’s pretrial filing (docket #258 at page 60), MGM intends to move to preclude Manley from introducing the polygraph examination results for Manley and four other witnesses, indicating all were telling the truth, and they want to block laboratory tests confirming ketamine was ingested.
MGM denies liability in this matter.
A 62-page joint pretrial order was issued and signed by United States District Court Judge Miranda M. Du on August 5, 2026. A PDF of that order is attached.
Manley continues to offer a reward of up to $1,000,000 for truthful information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons who drugged him. Information is available at www.1millionreward.com.
