America loves an underdog story, but the majority of the United States is rooting against the “dogs” (Washington Huskies) in Monday’s CFP National Championship game.  Michigan has been hovering between a -4 and -4.5 favorite

Betting action on the spread has mostly been going Michigan's way at around 60% or greater clip early on.  It's interesting that the line is coming off the -5 down to -4.

"Our marketing crew compiled geotagged Twitter data from Monday night when the semifinals concluded through last night by tracking official fan hashtags for Michigan (#GoBlue) and Washington (#PurpleReign) in every state," reports BetOnline.

They've created a cool map to show the love for the Wolverines.

As you can see from the map, Michigan gets the nod from the majority of the country with 32 states rooting for the Wolverines and just 18 going for the Huskies.

State Breakdown:

Huskies – 18 (Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina)

Wolverines – 32 (Remaining states)

There were more than 250,000 tweets included in the study.

"We ran all of those tweets through a geotracking program that showed which state each post came from. The team with the most official fan hashtags in each state then 'won' that respective state."

This year's College Football Playoffs have not disappoint. Both the Sugar Bowl and the Rose Bowl featured some of the most exciting games of the season so far.

Danny Kanell and Gabe Ikard join Drew Butler to the show to share their expert picks on who they see be crowned as the kings of the College Football.
