A lot of questions surround the Raiders coming into the 2017 NFL season, the most pressing of which is whether Derek Carr will play for the team and become the league’s first $25 million quarterback? 

Oddsmakers anticipate that he will sign the contract with the team and this is reflected in the odds as the Raiders are just under a 2-1 favorite to win the AFC West.  

The team is also expected to win OVER 9.5 regular season games at -140.
