Powerball Swells to $650 Million, Next Drawing Wednesday

Saturday night’s Powerball draw was set at $530 million but ticket-buying frenzy brought that up to $542 million. Wednesday's draw will be at least $650 million and reportedly the 3^rd biggest in history. Jennifer Kastner reports.
