Two poker pros have re-opened a briefly shuttered Vegas icon, the Roma Deli.  For Todd Brunson, it’s his first foray into the restaurant industry.  He re-opened the business along with fellow poker pro Max Pescatori.

When asked what made him get into such a difficult industry, Brunson told PokerNews.com “it’s a lot easier than poker”.

Brunson says everything is going well and that the original chef has even been brought back.

If you are in town for the World Series of Poker, be sure to check it out and let us know what you think.
