Cavs Look to Go 9-3 Against The Spread Despite Winning Just 3 Games This Season

RICHMOND, VA ( - Ahead of the interstate rivalry versus the Virginia Tech Hokies, the Cavaliers had won just 3 games this season and were a +2.5 to +3 point home dog.

Virginia is 8-3 Against The Spread entering this game.  Only Hawaii covered in 9 games last season while ending with a losing record Straight Up (3-10).

We liked the Virginia Tech Hokies and assumed the betting public might as well.  We were wrong in that regard as Virginia was seeing better than 75% of the early spread action.  AcePerHead internal data shows a much closer competition, we would note.

We get a number of 1.8 Virginia Tech, which is right on the money for the most part.
