What Are the Regular Season Wins Total Odds for the Miami Hurricanes - 2022?

The Miami Hurricanes are favored to win OVER 8.5 regular season games in 2022.  They were at around 70-1 odds to win the College Football Playoff Championship.

Miami returns 7 starters on offense and 5 on defense.

Key Incoming Transfers include: RB Henry Parrish, WR Frank Ladson, OL Jonathan Denis, OL Logan Sagapolu, DL Darrell Jackson, DL Akheem Mesidor, DL Antonio Moultrie, DL/LB Mitchell Agude, DL Jacob Lichtenstein, LB Caleb Johnson, CB Daryl Porter.

Mario Cristobal returns home and assumes the head coaching duties at Miami.  He brings a degree of discipline to the Canes football program.

“We’re real simple. I think these guys will echo that. We always hammer home how you do anything is how you do everything, and that early is on time. That’s got to be the most important factor in being successful and being productive.

"You’ve got to show up and showing up early also shows a level of mental intensity that something is important to you. What’s more disrespectful than showing up late? What’s more disrespectful than not paying attention to get ready to do your job? Something like that would show a lack of mental intensity."

Cristobal hired an entirely new coaching staff except for tight ends coach Stephen Field.

What to Know Before You Bet Miami Hurricanes Futures

  • Miami won five out of its last six games, led by rising star quarterback Tyler Van Dyke (25 TDs to 6 INTs).
  • This season, Anthony Richardson will start as quarterback.  He tallied 930 yards of total offense in eight games last season.
  • At 7.9 yards per carry, Richardson can be an explosive runner.
  • Richardson needs to improve his pass efficiency and accuracy. He completed only 59 percent of his pass attempts a year ago.
  • The schedule looks just dandy too outside of games at Texas A&M and Clemson.
  • The Canes get the FSU rivalry at home.
  • Getting North Carolina, Florida State, and Pittsburgh at home should be seen as a gift.
  • Virginia Tech, Virgina, and Georgia Tech on the road are all winable.
  • Do take the OVER 8.5 regular season games here.
