What Are the Regular Season Wins Total Odds for the Oregon Ducks - 2022?

If you wish to bet on Ducks futures from the state of Oregon, you can do so at BetOnline here.

They have Oregon winning OVER 8.5 regular season games in 2022.

We will learn early what these Ducks are made of when they play their Week 1 game in Georgia against the defending champs.  It's the only game we expect Oregon to be a dog in and it is one they are expected to lose.  Based on last year's power ratings, Gambling911.com has Georgia as a -21 point home favorite.

Zachary Neel of the DucksWire says we should not be so quick to overlook the offensive line.

"One of the most valuable position groups on the field, Oregon has a real strength on the line this season, returning a handful of starters from last season and bringing in some talented young pieces as well. Though there have been a couple of injuries to monitor — T.J. Bass and Malaesala Aumavae-Laulu have missed time during fall camp — the Ducks look largely healthy and ready to go for the start of the season."

What to Know Before You Bet Oregon Ducks Futures

  • The talent is there, and the addition of a few choice transfers helped fill in the gaps and the depth.
  • The majority of the Oregon Ducks’ roster added weight over the past year and over 40% of the team lost weight.
  • The Oregon Ducks fell just outside the top 10 spots, coming in at No. 12 in the USA Today Coaches Preseason Poll.
  • Some questions on offense, but this should be a very good defense.
  • Casey Rogers and Jordon Riley are both All-Big 10 academic guys.
  • D-Line coach Tony Tuioti said of Rogers and Riley: "Just physicality. They've got experience. Both of them have graduated. We're dealing with more mature young men. They're basically coming into this season like professional football players."
  • Tioti added: "They've both got size and speed, so that's going to help us in the trenches, and just add some really really quality depth or us."
  • Their playoffs hopes will not end with a Georgia loss, unless it happens to be really bad.
  • A game against BYU is hardly a gimme. That one is two weeks later in Oregon.  The good news is that, based on last year's power ratings, the Ducks would be a -5 to -6 favorite in this one.
  • UCLA is another concern, but Oregon should be a 3-point favorite as the host.
  • Georgia is the only team we clearly see Oregon losing to this season, so the OVER looks nice.
