BetUS welcomes gamblers from both the state of Illinois and Nebraska to bet the Cornhuskers vs. Fighting Illini game.

Unless you're a gambler or diehard fan of either team, this game likely won't be attracting much attention as both teams come into the Friday night matchup with 2-3 records Straight Up.  Nebraska is 2-3 Against The Spread while Illinois is yet to cover (0-5 ATS) this season.  It's very rare for a team to start any season 0-6 Against The Spread.  With that in mind there could be a nice betting opportunity here.

The Fighting Illini come into this one was a -3.5 favorite.  Sagarin has Illinois -2.

Action was nearly 80% going towards the underdog Nebraska on the spread as of Friday morning but with under $100,000 wagered on the Cornhuskers thus far.

Pinnacle had the number at -3.5.  BetOnline was at -3.5 much of the week but dropped this one to -3.  Circa and even Bovada moved the number down to -3 to get more money on the favorite Illinois, which was only seeing 30% of the action.

As of 1 pm ET action on Nebraska was climbing over the $100,000 mark with 71% of the spread action.  Nearly all books were still on the 3.  Americas Bookie was sitting at 3.5.

Illinois has won the last three in this series.
