Lawmakers have mostly approved a measure that would make mobile sports betting legal in North Carolina. Currently there are three retail sportsbooks operational, one just outside of Charlotte. Mobile betting is currently available via internationally licensed websites like BetOnline in order to place your UFC 289 wagers.
