Worst Team to Bet on - Clemson Tigers in College Basketball 10-5 SU but 4-11 ATS

As Clemson comes off its high of winning the College Football National Championship, it's Basketball team is doing well at 10-5 Straight Up, though don't tell this to gamblers.

Despite that respectable record, the Tigers are a lousy 4-11 Against The Spread heading into January 11.

They are also coming off of two losses against much stiffer competition.

In their last game, Elijah Hughes had 14 points to lead four Syracuse players in double figures and the Orange beat Clemson 61-53 on Wednesday night for their fourth straight win.

Previous to that one, Blue Devils Freshman Zion Williamson had 25 points, 10 rebounds and a spectacular 360-degree dunk, and No. 1 Duke beat Clemson 87-68 on Saturday night in its Atlantic Coast Conference opener.

Clemson fans and bettors may want to stick with College Football as their team not only walked away with an undefeated record in 2018-2019 along with a championship, they were 9-6 Against The Spread.  Assuming $1000 bet on Clemson for each game they played, the Tigers would have yielded a $3000 profit.
