You can bet the Chargers-Chiefs game online at Bookmaker, which was now indicating that slightly more action had been coming in on LA as of Wednesday afternoon.

Action was mostly balanced, skewing 55/45 in the Chiefs favor at most books.  Bookmaker was the notable exception, likely a result of more high stakes bets coming in on the Chargers.

The line has remained steadfast at KC -3.5.

Some indication of where this might go based on Sagarin: They have the line Chiefs -4.

Some indication of where this might go based on recent stats: Kansas City has won the last nine on this series.  At home they have won by no less than 6 points in the last four meetings.

Some indication of where this might go based on line movement: There is none.  It's sitting at 3.5 and the books had not budged Wednesday after opening at this number.

The Chargers and Chiefs are both improved this season.

One concern for those backing LA, Chargers running back Melvin Gordon doesn't expect to know until game time on Thursday whether he'll be cleared to face the Chiefs. Gordon has missed the past two games with a sprained right knee.

A stat that could be worrisome for Chiefs backers: KC is 2-9 Against The Spread in their last 11 games after allowing less than 150 yards passing in their previous game.
