Can I Bet on FanDuel From Georgia?

You are not able to bet on the FanDuel Sportsbook app from Georgia.  You can still place bets online from Georgia at a number of top online sportsbooks licensed outside the state.  This includes the Elections.  BetUS is one such sportsbook.  In business for over 25 years now, BetUS is currently offering a generous welcome bonus (max bonus $2500).

2023 Outlook

Georgia currently does not regulated in-state sportsbooks and it won't happen any time soon.  Lawmakers presented two measures in 2021, both failed to get much headway.

There was some hope for those looking to have their winnings reported and to get the boot for winning.  Lawmakers promised another Hail Mary in 2022.

Both SB142 and HB93 had been put to the House over the past year, with both failing to get past this stage and be signed into law.

Wash and repeat as the same happened in 2023 despite some added momentum.

No worries, BetUS has been serving the Georgia betting market since before 2000.  They've been in business since 1994.

Can't Bet on Twinspires.com From Mississippi

Despite it being among the very first states to legalize sports betting following the US Supreme Court decision to abolish decades of prohibition in 2018, Mississippi still doesn't allow mobile sports wagering....and that includes betting on the Kentucky Derby.  As such, TwinSpires.com is not available here.

TwinSpires is available from most US states.  Those states where the app is not available mostly do not feature any of the competition either.  BetOnline is available in states where TwinSpires is not for those 18 and up with two exceptions, New Jersey and Nevada.
