The line on the Bucs-Saints game for Week 1 was Saints at -9.5 most books Mid-August.

The line on this game shot all the way up to -10.5 at some books with 60% of the action on New Orleans, an early indication that the books fear a Saints cover.  More indicative of this is the fact that the line moved up 3.5 points since early spring.

On April 15, Saints defensive end Alex Okafor suffered a bone bruise in his knee and a sprained ankle during Wednesday's practice, according to a source.  The prognosis is relatively good based on early reports but needs to be monitored closely ahead of this Week 1 game.

Okafor played a pivotal role in New Orleans success on defense last season.
