The Ohio State Buckeyes have fallen from number two to number 11 following a shock upset loss at the hands of hot bookie bashing Purdue. Oddsmakers are expected to release the updated futures on Ohio State winning the 2019 College Football Championship later Sunday afternoon.

"The glaring shortcomings we have were exposed," Ohio State coach Urban Meyer said of Saturday's 49-20 loss to Purdue . "Number one, off the top, is our red zone offense. We go down there a few times, two field goals and one missed field goal. We've never had this issue. We're going to get a real thorough evaluation of that. And then the big plays on defense."

Ohio State never led, committed 10 penalties, failed to score in the red zone on three of five opportunities and repeatedly caved on defense.

Purdue has been red hot Against The Spread, going 5-2 this season thus far.

Clemson is back at No. 2 in The Associated Press college football poll behind top-ranked Alabama.

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
