TV: 8:20 p.m. ET, NBC. LINE: Packers -3.5. O/U: 47.5

ABOUT THE PACKERS (6-1): Despite a banged-up receiving corps, Rodgers put up huge numbers last week with 429 passing yards and five touchdowns along with a rushing score in a 42-24 win over Oakland. The Packers rank 11th in total offense and 10th in scoring offense primarily on the strength of that passing game, as they've failed to crack 80 rushing yards in four of their seven contests. Green Bay ranks 26th in total defense and has given up 420 or more total yards three times, but the team is ninth in scoring defense thanks to 13 takeaways.

ABOUT THE CHIEFS (5-2): Kansas City possesses the No. 3 offense in the league and the NFL's most prolific passing attack, and not all of that prowess goes away with Mahomes sidelined. The Chiefs might have to get more creative to get their dangerous receivers involved, but they still have two capable backs in LeSean McCoy and Damien Williams, and matching up with a fleet of receivers led by Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelse is no easy task. Kansas City's defense has been maligned, especially for its struggles stopping the run, but the Chiefs held Denver to 205 total yards last week and have forced turnovers in six of their seven contests - including four games with multiple takeaways.
