St. Cloud State winning the 2021 NCAA Hockey Tournament Championship pays out $900 for every $100 bet for those who got down on these futures early in what should be a heavily wagered on event.  BetOnline welcomes those from all US state except NJ, PA and NV.

St. Cloud State (16-9) comes into Pittsburgh to take on Minnesota State, both at -110 odds, in this week's Frozen Four.

They advanced by beating Boston University 6-2, and Boston College 4-1 in the Northeast regional.

Top players: Freshman forward Veeti Miettinen (11-13-24), sophomore forward Jami Krannila (11-12-23), junior defenseman Nick Perbix (7-16-23), sophomore forward Zach Okabe (6-15-21)

Top goalie: Dávid Hrenák (16-9, 2.50 GAA, .910 SV%)

The Huskies have gotten hot (or should we say ice cold) with their scoring of late and managed to knock out two Hockey East powers by a combined 10 goals in Albany.

Sadly, however, Senior forward Easton Brodzinski (8-5-13) is out with a broken right femur suffered in the Northeast regional final.

Can they overcome this loss?

They have overcome so much already that anything is possible.

“We were a team that, at the beginning of the year, wasn’t picked to be in the top 20, and we had a goal for ourselves to finish in the top half of our league and make a run in our league tournament and make the NCAA tournament and eventually make the Frozen Four," Third-year coach Brett Larson said.

“I think, right now, they feel like they’ve accomplished a few of their goals, and they’re hungry to accomplish another one.”
