The Armed Forces Bowl

Played in Fort Worth Texas, the Armed Forces Bowl is an annual postseason college football bowl game played in the 44,008-seat Amon G. Carter Stadium on the campus of Texas Christian University.  Following the 2013 football season, the Armed Forces Bowl signed multi-year agreements with various conferences as well as  Army and Navy to set bowl match-ups through 2019 (Navy would later join the American Athletic Conference).  The payout is a cool $675,000.

2018 Armed Forces Bowl

Army received and accepted a bid to the Armed Forces Bowl on December 2.  The Black Knights subsequently won the Army–Navy Game on December 8, and enter the bowl with a 10–2 record.

Houston received and accepted a bid to the Armed Forces Bowl on December 2  The Cougars enter the bowl with a 8–4 record (5–3 in conference).
