Nothing much changed in the third College Football Playoff rankings released by the NCAA on Tuesday, November 13th. Alabama, Clemson, Notre Dame, and Michigan remain as the top four teams this season.

If neither of these teams gets knocked out of their top spots, then the College Football Playoffs Semifinals will likely end up looking as follows:

  • #1, Alabama will face #4, Michigan
  • #2, Clemson will face #3, Notre Dame

But, in the world of sports and gambling, nothing is guaranteed, and a lot could change this week as Notre Dame plays against #12 Syracuse at Yankee Stadium. Syracuse has a been a pleasant surprise for most sports bookies, who were not expecting the team to be ranked so high at this point in the season, if they beat Michigan they will be in a good position as the playoffs draw near.

Michigan is matched against Indiana on Saturday afternoon, we don't expect any surprises in that game. The same can be said about Clemson's match against Duke later the same day.

Alabama will play against Citadel which doesn't even feature in the top 25 playoff ranking, so a win against them is all but assured.

Lines for week 12 of the NCAA Football season are already up at www.AcePerHead.com, and bettors from across the globe are avidly checking them out and monitoring how the odds progress as game day approaches. But bookie agents have nothing to worry about when they know their odds are some of the sharpest in the business.

Rounding off the top 10 we have:

  • #5 Georgia
  • #6 Oklahoma
  • #7 LSU
  • #8 Washington State
  • #9 West Virginia
  • #10 Ohio State

Ohio State is in a good spot right now, this week they play at home against Maryland, and we are pretty confident they will win, if any of the other top 10 teams lose this week, they will move up to a comfortable spot prior to their big match on week 13 against fellow College Football Playoff hopeful Michigan. A win against the Wolverines would put the Buckeyes in a decent place for the playoffs.

Proof that nothing is guaranteed in the world of sports is UCF, they remain undefeated and yet they were unable to break into the top 10 list. They are currently ranked as #11, having moved up one spot from the previous playoff rankings, but, even if they climb up in the rankings to make it into the top 10, we don't foresee them getting to a place where they could threaten any of the top-seeded teams for a playoff spot. Nonetheless, watching UCF this season has been an absolute joy for bookies, and they could still make it to the Fiesta Bowl to face either Syracuse or Penn State. Guess we will have to wait and see which of these teams gets the chance to play in one of the New Year's Bowls.

Aiyuk-Deebo Trade Odds and ROY Shift

Xavier Worthy = Tyreek Hill 2.0?  Perhaps, and if that comes to fruition at any point in the future, the Bills only have themselves to blame.

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
