Daily Fantasy Pitchers, MLB Betting for April 12 – Drew Hutchinson, Zach Greinke

Gambling911.com has your daily fantasy pitchers and MLB betting prospects for Sunday April 12.

Best Bets:  Toronto/Baltimore UNDER 8.5, Toronto -101, Seattle -140

Best DFS Pitcher Picks: Drew Hutchinson, Felix Hernandez, Zach Greinke

Drew Hutchinson (Toronto) $7.3K – None of the Orioles have had much luck against Hutchinson.  He struck out 184 in 184 2/3 innings overall last season and went 3-1, including a win in his last start, with a 2.54 ERA in six outings against the Orioles in 2014.

Orioles RH Chris Tillman (1-0, 1.35) has now assumed the ace role.  He went 1-3 with a 4.73 ERA against the Blue Jays last year – 4-6 and 4.12 all-time.

Eight of the last ten games in this series have stayed UNDER the current total of 8.5.  We like both the UNDER and Toronto here for bettors and Hutchinson as a solid pitching pick for daily fantasy sports players.

Felix Hernandez (Seattle) $11.4 – This is the ace pitcher you will want to consider starting today.  Herndandez was 4-0, 2.22 in six starts last season against the A’s.  A number of Oakland hitters have had trouble against Hernandez and few have had much success against him.

Seattle is 23-8 in Hernandez’s last 31 starts in Oakland.  We would take Seattle despite a somewhat high price of -140 as it is still within betting range.

Zack Greinke (LA Dodgers) $9.3K – He is probably your best option on the day where pitchers are concerned.  Greinke went 3-0 with a 1.42 ERA in four starts against the Diamondbacks last year.  Some key Arizona players have really struggled against Greinke.  The price on LA is too high for bettors with a line of -160.
