The San Francisco Giants are another top exposure in Major League Baseball Thursday.  They are a -130 favorite.  The line on this game has moved only slightly between -130 and -137.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Cardinals RH Luke Weaver (4-7, 5.16 ERA) vs. Giants RH Johnny Cueto (3-0, 0.84)

Weaver is coming off a rough showing against Atlanta on Saturday in which he was battered for eight runs and 10 hits over 4 2/3 innings en route to his fifth loss in six decisions. The 24-year-old Floridian has failed to last six frames in each of his last seven turns, yielding at least four runs in five of those outings.

Cueto will return from an elbow injury to make his first start since April 28, when he allowed two runs and three hits over six innings in a win over the Los Angeles Dodgers. The 32-year-old Dominican has worked at least six frames in each of his five turns this season and gave up a total of one run over 26 innings in his first four outings.

Baseball News

Chris Paddack Player Prop Bets

Paddack recorded 10 strikeouts over seven shutout innings on Monday in a win over the White Sox. Prior to that start, Paddack was obliterated by the Orioles, allowing nine runs on 12 hits in 5 1/3 innings.

Zach Eflin Player Prop Bets

Zach Eflin has great value in fantasy leagues for the April 26 game against the lowly Chicago White Sox.  Betting on Eflin and the Tampa Bay Rays might make sense if not for the -210 price tag.

Trevor Williams Player Prop Bets

The Nats Trevor Williams held the Astros to one run with four strikeouts across six innings in a no-decision on Saturday.  And the betting public was eating him up at a near 80% clip.
