2015 New England Patriots Offense

The Patriots could be missing quarterback Tom Brady early in the season as he was facing suspension. If Brady misses any time then the Patriots will go with Jimmy Garoppolo, who was a second-round pick from the 2014 NFL Draft. They also picked up Matt Flynn who was the backup for Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay. The Patriots will miss Shane Vereen who they did re-sign so they are hoping that Travaris Cadet can fill the role of third down receiving back. The big bruising runner of the Patriots on first and second down is LeGarrette Blount and he is joined in the backfield by James White. The Patriots have a solid receiving corps led by Julian Edelman and they have a great tight end in Rob Gronkowski. The Patriots do have concerns on the offensive line as Dan Connolly is now gone

2015 New England Patriots Defense

The defense for New England has some major holes to fill. A lot of very good players are gone and not much was done to replace them. The secondary is going to be much weaker with the loss of Darrell Revis, Brandon Browner and Kyle Arrington. The Patriots don’t have anyone remotely close to Revis at corner as they are looking at Logan Ryan and perhaps Bradley Fletcher or Malcolm Butler. Safeties Devin McCourty and Patrick Chung are going to get a lot of extra work this season. The defensive line is going to be much weaker with the loss of Vince Wilfork who is in Houston. The team did take Malcolm Brown who they hope can replace Wilfork and they still have edge rushers Chandler Jones and Rob Ninkovich. The Patriots will get Jerod Mayo back from injury but he has played just a total of 12 games the past two years. The Patriots already have to good linebackers in Dont'a Hightower and Jamie Collins so the return of May would be a bonus.

Aiyuk-Deebo Trade Odds and ROY Shift

Xavier Worthy = Tyreek Hill 2.0?  Perhaps, and if that comes to fruition at any point in the future, the Bills only have themselves to blame.

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
