49ers-Rams Betting Line, Fantasy Matchups

The 49ers-Rams betting line had St. Louis as a +3 underdog with San Francisco seeing nearly 90% of the betting action.   You can bet this game at BetPhoenix.ag here and receive up to 175% in real bonus cash upon opening an online betting account here.

Last year, the 49ers dominated St. Louis.  The previous year, the Rams won and tied against San Francisco.  Against The Spread, these two rivals have split wins and losses over the past ten meetings.

A glance at Monday Night’s fantasy matchups may explain why the bookmakers are less inclined to move the line up on this game in order to drive action the Rams way.

ESPN.com notes that all of 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick's completions against the blitz in Week 5 went for first downs. The Rams entered Week 5 with the highest blitz rate in the league. Overall, St. Louis is allowing just 14.75 fantasy points per game to opposing arms.

St. Louis starting quarterback Austin Davis was 29-of-49 for 375 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions and is only the third quarterback in the league to reach this milestone during the 2014 regular season.  He has also found consistency in targeting Brian Quick this season.

Elsewhere, 49ers running back Frank Gore was forecast to have some difficulties facing the Rams stout defense

The Rams are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games after allowing more than 350 total yards in their previous game.

The 49ers are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 Monday games.
