The Bills vs. Jets Thursday Night Football game featured betting odds of Buffalo -3.

While the Jets have won two of the last three in this series, Buffalo had won five previous games in this series.

With the line at -3 and knowing that over 70% of the action was on Buffalo, we know that the bookies have a strong opinion on the Jets covering if the line had previously been at -3.5, especially at some of the so-called “sharper” shops.

Was this the case?

That’s exactly what has happened.  Bookmaker had this line at -3.5 and brought it down to -3.  5Dimes, which typically moves the line all over the place, has not come off of -3.

This one goes the Jets way at +3.  No way do the books have two horrible weeks in a row.

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
