Browns vs. Jets Free Pick and Latest Betting Odds

Gambling911.com has your Browns vs. Jets free pick and latest betting odds for Week 1 of the 2015 NFL season.

New York Jets -3, total 40

Both Teams Feature Running and Defense

The Browns and Jets both want to run the ball and play defense. Neither team has a great quarterback as both Josh McCown and Ryan Fitzpatrick are nothing more than game managers at best. The Browns expect to feature Isaiah Crowell on Sunday as he has played well in the preseason. Crowell scored 8 TDs last season and averaged 4.1 yards per carry. He will begin the season as the starter. “He’s a guy that came in, worked hard, saw an opportunity, seized it, had a heck of a rookie season for us,” head coach Mike Pettine said. “We’re looking for him to take off more in Year 2.” The Browns also have rookie Duke Johnson who they expect to have a big role this season.

The Jets want to feature Chris Ivory and have Fitzpatrick do as little as possible. Ivory is an underrated runner and he should get a lot of work on Sunday. The Jets do have a new top receiver in Brandon Marshall but for the most part they just want to hand the ball off to Ivory so that Fitzpatrick doesn’t have to throw the ball more than 20 times.

Aiyuk-Deebo Trade Odds and ROY Shift

Xavier Worthy = Tyreek Hill 2.0?  Perhaps, and if that comes to fruition at any point in the future, the Bills only have themselves to blame.

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
