Las Vegas Line – Cowboys Packers: Still -5.5

While the Cowboys vs. Packers line at the Internet sportsbooks was still fluid, Las Vegas was holding fairly steady at -5.5.

Westgate hadn’t moved the line off Green Bay -5.5 for the past 72 hours after learning of Aaron Rodgers calf injury and the possibility he would not be at 100%.  Likewise, the Mirage has been resistant to follow the lead of online bookmakers and continued to hold at -5.5.  Station Casinos was actually at -6.

On the Net, meanwhile, Bookmaker.eu had dropped back to -5.  Their line was as high as -6.5 at one point prior to learning of Rodgers’ injury.

Rodgers so far has looked good in practice.  Earlier reports suggested his mobility and effectiveness might be affected by the injury.
