The line opened at -3.5 then dropped a half point during the week, only to move up again.  Many books were offering the number at -4 by late morning Monday. Just over 70% of those betting this game were backing the Broncos.

The Bengals can wrap up the No. 2 seed and a first-round bye in the postseason with a victory while the Broncos still have a chance at the No. 2 seed though their lead has been cut to one game over red hot Kansas City in the AFC West.

Cincinnati has been solid both Straight Up and Against The Spread, going 11-3 and 11-2-1, respectively.  Denver went 10-4 Straight Up and 8-6 ATS.

Cincinnati did beat Denver at home last season by a final score of 37-28 while the Broncos won the two previous games dating back to 2011.

The Bengals are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 road games while the Broncos are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games after allowing more than 250 yards passing in their previous game.   Denver is just 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 Monday games.

Both teams will be without their starting quarterbacks.

The total on this game ranged from 39 to 40.
