The Packers-Jaguars betting odds for Sunday’s game has Green Bay as a -4.5 road favorite with only a slight line movement despite the Packers seeing the most action of any other NFL team this week at 76 percent.

The Packers enter this season a half point favored over New England to win the 2017 Super Bowl at +650 odds.  That being said they will face what some pundits believe will be a formidable Jaguars team.

WalterFootball.com writes of the Jaguars chances in 2016:

The Jaguars have been one of the worst teams in the NFL for quite a while now, but that's beginning to change. Blake Bortles is progressing nicely; the offense has some dynamic play-makers; and the defense will be much better in 2016. Eight wins is certainly very possible, and a potential playoff appearance is not out of the question.

The Jaguars enter the season as an underdog in 15 of 16 predetermined games in 2016 with oddsmakers having them winning 8 or more games this season.

The bookies appear to have a pretty strong opinion on Jacksonville based on what is essentially a non-reaction to the action coming in on Green Bay.

The Packers are 4-0 Against The Spread in their last 4 games in September and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 road games.

Here were the only line movements observed for this game since opening back in April at BetOnline:
