Seahawks-Vikings Betting Line Won’t Stay Frozen With Brutal Cold Expected

The Seahawks-Vikings betting line has mostly been moving between -5.5 and -6 favoring Seattle but brutally cold weather conditions will make this number especially fluid come Sunday.

“Sunday looks to be the coldest day of the season so far,” WCCO-TV forecaster Kylie Bearse reports.

And that won’t favor Seattle, a team that plays in a relatively mild climate all things considered.

Despite bone chilling temperatures expected to stay below zero, the gambling public has been overwhelmingly favoring Seattle at just over 80 percent.

Minnesota will come into this game with an 11-5 record Straight Up but the best record in the NFL Against The Spread (13-3).   Seattle comes into the Playoffs at 10-6, covering 8 of 15 games and pushing in one.

Seattle has owned this series, winning the last three since 2012, all by double digits.  Be careful here though as Minnesota had gone into Green Bay with a 1-5 ATS record prior to this past Sunday night’s big win.
