Man and Woman Arrested for Having Sex on Ferris Wheel in Vegas

A man and woman have been arrested in Las Vegas for having sex on a Ferris wheel.  Even more shocking, the man was there to marry a different woman.

The man Phillip Frank Panzica III, 27, of Houston, TX, and his fiancee Mistie Bozant met a few months ago and traveled to Vegas to tie the knot.

When Panzica was through gambling, he wandered out onto the streets where he eventually ended up meeting Chloe Scordianos, 21, of Long Island, NY, and “one thing led to another,” Panzica told KTNV.

Apparently what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas as now the whole world knows of the deviant activity that would then take place upon a Ferris wheel, an amusement park ride typically reserved for families with small children.

Details, too explicit to describe here, involved heavy groping and penetration.

Witnesses saw the two getting hot and heavy in the glass-enclosed cabin, security cameras captured it. People in another car shot cellphone video.

Security warned the couple to stop over the intercom but they kept going.

“We think it’s like a recording, because they kept saying it over and over again,” Panzica told KTNV.

About 30 minutes later, when they hit the ground, they were arrested. According to KTNV, Mistie Bozant bailed the man out after two nights in jail.

A Las Vegas judge on Tuesday set a March 9 date to see if the charges against Phillip Frank Panzica III and Chloe Scordianos can be resolved without trial.

“Doesn’t that show what a good heart I have,” she told the reporters.

Images and video have not been made public.
