Gambling911.com has your 2015 Risen Star Stakes betting odds.

This is another big race for Saturday February 21 and is an important prep for the Louisiana Derby and Kentucky Derby and ultimately the Triple Crown.  The race’s namesake went on to win the Preakness and Belmont Stakes in 1988. It takes place in New Orleans at the Fair Grounds Race Course.

This is a grade II race run on one-sixteenth miles of dirt open to three-year-olds.  There is a $300,000 purse attached to it.

This year’s race has an outright favorite with Imperia at 7-2.

Can't Bet on Twinspires.com From Mississippi

Despite it being among the very first states to legalize sports betting following the US Supreme Court decision to abolish decades of prohibition in 2018, Mississippi still doesn't allow mobile sports wagering....and that includes betting on the Kentucky Derby.  As such, TwinSpires.com is not available here.

Can't Bet the Kentucky Derby With Twinspires From My State

TwinSpires is available from most US states.  Those states where the app is not available mostly do not feature any of the competition either.  BetOnline is available in states where TwinSpires is not for those 18 and up with two exceptions, New Jersey and Nevada.
