Fountain of Youth Stakes Betting Odds 2015 – Gulfstream Park

Gambling911.com has your Fountain of Youth Stakes betting odds for 2015.

The grade II event open to three-year-olds willing to race one and one-sixteenth miles on the dirt, it offers a purse of $400,000.  It will take place at Gulf Stream Park in sunny South Florida.  Temperatures will warm up into the 70’s Saturday afternoon following some windy atypically cool – by South Florida standards – weather.

This race is an important prep for the upcoming Kentucky Derby and in fact has resulted in three winners going on to win both the Derby and Preakness and another winning the Derby and Belmont Stakes.

Frosted and Upstart come into Saturday’s Fountain of Youth Stakes as co-favorite (Frosted 5-2, Upstart 8-5).

“He worked great in blinkers,” said Frosted trainer Kiaran McLaughlin, who believes the blinkers and starting away from the rail will help him win. “He always works well, but he worked exceptionally well in blinkers. I’m happier with the post. Last time, he had the 1, and you either commit and go, or you do what we did.”

The Fountain of Youth offers 85 qualifying points overall, including 50 to the winner.

Can't Bet the Kentucky Derby With Twinspires From My State

TwinSpires is available from most US states.  Those states where the app is not available mostly do not feature any of the competition either.  BetOnline is available in states where TwinSpires is not for those 18 and up with two exceptions, New Jersey and Nevada.
