Before betting on the Steelers-Bills game be mindful that winds will be around 25 mph and are likely to wreak havoc on this game, especially when it comes to the kicking.  The snow at least should have ended.

A winter storm warning was in effect this weekend for the Buffalo area as they prepared for one to three feet of snow.  Wind gusts were expected to be as high as 65 mph.  But these conditions should subside by game time.  Winds will still be brisk nonetheless.

Josh Allen of the Bills enters this Wildcard game with a passing yard total Over/Under of 200.5.

Allen completed 30-of-38 passes for 359 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions in the Bills’ 21-14, Week 18 win over the Dolphins, adding 67 yards on 15 carries.

Mason Rudolph comes in at 144.5 Over/Under passing yards for the Steelers.

Rudolph completed 18-of-20 passes for 152 yards and one touchdown in the Steelers’ 17-10, Week 18 win over the Ravens.

The Steelers lost star linebacker T.J. Watt to a knee injury he suffered during last week's 17-10 road victory against the Baltimore Ravens.  Pittsburgh is just 1-10 without Watt, the 2021 NFL Defensive Player of the Year, during his career.

"Obviously, playing without T.J. is significant, but to be quite honest with you, we've played without a lot of people this year," Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said. "It's just another opportunity for us to strike a blow for team and to display what team really means, a collective of individuals that work together in an effort to produce an outcome. It's not going to be a one-man job in terms of replacing T.J."

Should the Steelers be lucky enough to win this game and the next post season game, they could have Watt back in two weeks.

While it's true the Bills have gone 3-1 against Pittsburgh since 2019 and covered the current spread in each of those wins, the Steelers were victorious in one of those games in Buffalo.

Xavier Worthy = Tyreek Hill 2.0?  Perhaps, and if that comes to fruition at any point in the future, the Bills only have themselves to blame.

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
