Woods Calls Negreanu ‘Cowardly Piece of S***”, Suggests Kid Poker is a ‘Perv’ Too
We trust poker pro Daniel Negreanu (AKA “Kid Poker”) has met up with Hollywood star James Woods as the later is also quite active on the poker circuit. It became quite obvious that Negreanu is no fan of Woods, and vice versa. Following news that the star of The Onion Field and Videodrome has been named among those adults alleged to have acted inappropriately towards females of a certain age, Negreanu has gone on a 24-hour tweet storm ripping Woods to shreds.
Negreanu tweeted Thursday: James plays a racist bigoted asshole in life and he also played one in a movie Earlier in the day, Negreanu made reference to a sign held up by actress Elizabeth Perkins during a march against sexual harassment this past weekend that seemingly outed Woods with the simple hashtag “James Woods #MeToo”.
The Canadian poker player tweeted out Wednesday morning: “Add James Woods to the list of men accused of chasing 16 year old girls,” Negreanu wrote, linking to an article appearing on the Daily Mail. “He appears to have a lot in common with Roy Moore. What is wrong with these people? Disgusting. Do I believe these women? 1000% yes.” Roy Moore is the Republican Judge running for Jeff Sessions Senate seat in the state of Alabama. A half dozen women have come forward accusing Moore of sexual improprieties some 40 years ago when they were in their teens and he was in his 30’s.
Negreanu even posted a poll on his Twitter page asking his followers how many of them “would feel comfortable letting James Woods babysit your 16 year old daughter”. Surprisingly nearly a quarter of the 9,364 respondents said that they would.
While the Perkins sign made no mention of Woods engaging in illicit sexual advances with minors, Negreanu seems to be picking up on allegations made against the Hollywood actor back in September when actress Amber Tamblyn’s wrote an open letter alleging Woods, now 70, alleging he hit on her when she was just 16 years old.
Tamblyn wrote at the time:
“My friend Billy and I were at the Roxy on Sunset Boulevard seeing a band we loved. We decided to go to Mel’s diner on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood to get burgers after,” Tamblyn wrote. “Upon leaving the restaurant we were stopped by you and your friend, who both seemed very nice. At one point you suggested we should all go to Las Vegas together. ‘It’s such a great place, have you ever been?’ You tried to make it sound innocent. This is something predatory men like to do, I’ve noticed.”
She continued, “I told you my age, kindly and with no judgment or aggression. I told you my age because I thought you would be immediately horrified and take back your offer. You laughed and said, ‘Even better. We’ll have so much fun, I promise.'”
Woods fired back at Negreanu late Wednesday, prior to the poll tweeted out in reference to the babysitting.
Woods called Negreanu a “cowardly piece of s—.”
The actor tweeted out to Negreanu, implying he too may have engaged in sexual misbehavior with a minor:
Say it like a man to my face, you cowardly piece of shit. Say it as a statement of fact, so If you have any money left, you might actually be worth suing, unlike these other losers with no money and big mouths. And how old was Evelyn Ng when you were her “mentor,” you hypocrite?
