-2.5 Favorite vs. UL Lafayette

UAB came in at No. 101 (63.42) on Sagarin.  Louisiana (62.67) comes in No. 104 but it is the Blazers who have the home field advantage here.  This gives us a number of 2.99 and a line that is right on the money.

A Loss to Georgia Southern

UAB had a win in Week 1 but lost to Georgia Southern in Week 2, 49-35.

This wasn't the worst game.  Trailing 21-7, the Blazers rallied with two touchdowns in a little more than four minutes just before halftime for a 22-21 lead. Jacob Zeno threw a 5-yard score to Bryce Damous with 5:50 before intermission.

The Eagles would go on to score and maintained the lead for the remainder when OJ Arnold ran it in from 39 yards out with 39 seconds before intermission.

Zeno threw for 385 yards and two touchdowns for UAB.

The Blazers came into this one as a +7 dog so the second half even killed them Against The Spread.
