2019 Week 3 NFL Betting Lines: Cowboys Open at -20
While the Seahawks managed to beat public favorite Pittsburgh, the books mostly got bloodied by the Cowboys, Rams, Chiefs and Patriots in Week 2. They were anxious to release lines on the Week 3 NFL games.

The public is definitely winning big to start the new NFL season, a rarity when compared to recent years.
It didn't help that some of the favorites won decisively, including the 49ers, Patriots, Bills, Cowboys, Chiefs and Rams.
There were a few surprises, including the aforementioned Seahawks victory against Pittsburgh. The Colts and Lions each had surprise wins.
