Charlie Carrel Threatens Lawsuit Against Fellow Poker Pro Doug Polk
Controversial poker pro and vlogger Doug Polk was recently threatened with a lawsuit by fellow player Charlie Carrel, whose own Twitter feed intro reads "Made 7 digits from 2 digits playing poker". Carrel recently won the Triton Poker £50k event and its cool £1,321,000 top prize.

As of Sunday afternoon (August 11), Polk was yet to remove the video that features the following description:
"YouTube celebrity and renowned philanthropist Charlie Carrel has been featured on television and internet podcasts. But can he hang with old school high stakes legend Patrik Antonius? It's going to take more than some nerd math fundamentals! Brace yourself for some top secret poker tells."
Apparently @CharlieCarrel is going to start the process of suing me for defamation. Because of this, I am removing this video immediately

Leaving it up is a risk I am not willing to take against such very real and dangerous legal action.
The two have been embroiled in a public Twitter feud for some time now.
At the heart of this latest exchange, Carrel seems to believe Polk is accusing him of running a charity scam.
"You knowingly lied" and also "You avoided directly lying"

Which one of us is implying things that arent true again?
A previous spat involved Polk objecting to Carrel's tweet suggesting child molesters should be shown ‘more empathy and love’.
