CoinGeek Conference Coming to NYC in October

Fresh off their successful Zurich conference, CoinGeek will now move onto New York in October.  This will be the website's first US conference.

While an official announcement has yet to be made, the conference is expected to be live in-person and more generally open to the public.  Details are forthcoming.

CoinGeek Conferences are always a whirlwind. Hundreds of people coordinate for months across multiple continents in order to present the power of Bitcoin to the world, and then we’re all entangled in a live execution across a three-day event, writes CoinGeek’s Chief Bitcoin Historian Kurt Wuckert Jr.

During the Zurich event, “CoinGeek TV" debut.  It is inspired by live sporting events where there’s always a desk available for live commentary at half-time and after the game.

"Bernhard Müller of Bitcoin Association and Centi was kind enough to organize what could only be called “Sausage Fest” out in the woods. We ate snake bread and had fire grilled sausage over beers. Sources close to the story confirmed that many participants watched the sun rise before turning in for the night," Wuckert Jr. added.

You can watch the CoinGeek Zurich Conference panels in their entirety below.
