Daniel Negreanu Knocked Out Early in $25,000 High Roller NLH
Poker's biggest money earner, Daniel Negreanu, was among the early casualties in Event #8: High Roller No-Limit Hold’em 8-Handed of the 2022 World Series of Poker.
Day 2 kicks off on Sunday with Sergi Reixach leading over 93 surviving players. The number of players has helped to generate a prize pool of $5,410,125.
Reixach's best finish to date at the WSOP was a fourth place run in the 2021 $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em event and he is looking for his second cash of the series after a 39th place finish in this year's $2,500 Freezeout.
Chance Kornuth, who won his third WSOP bracelet the other day, was knocked out along with Negreanu, Bertrand Grospellier, Maria Ho and Justin Bonomo among others.
