Skill Game Provider Sues Rival
JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — With state lawmakers formally introducing legislation to outlaw games of skill machines, a predominant maker of the machines announced Tuesday they have filed a lawsuit against a Johnstown area gaming operator, saying his games made by a different company are illegal.
Pace-O-Matic, the maker of 'Pennsylvania Skill' machines, said they have filed a nuisance lawsuit against the owner of 3C Amusements for operating illegal gambling devices, according to their media release. They will formally announce the lawsuit at a press conference outside the 3C location on Lyter Drive in Lower Yoder Township on Wednesday.

If you were watching ESPN’s telecast of the World Series of Poker on Tuesday night, you saw one of UGA’s all-time football greats at one of the featured tables.
The Bulldogs legend was Richard Seymour, the seven-time NFL Pro Bowler with the New England Patriots, among other teams. He was also an All-SEC defensive lineman at UGA for the 1999 and 2000 seasons.
