Caesars Entertainment and Scientific Games will join forces to offer mobile online sports betting in both Atlantic City, New Jersey, and Tunica, Mississippi. Until just recently, sports betting was only available via internationally licensed online gambling sites in these regions.

The deal will bring mobile sports betting to Bally’s and Harrah’s in Atlantic City.  Both casino establishments are owned by Caesars.

Horseshoe Tunica and Harrah’s Gulf Coast, also owned by Caesars, are expected to benefit from the deal.

Mississippi sports betting online will only be available within the casino properties.  New Jersey's sports wagering capabilities could extend further to include the entire state, similar to current online poker and casino offerings.

Bally's will be opening its Atlantic City sports book on Tuesday while Harrah's was slated to open theirs on Wednesday.

The Tunica properties have no scheduled planned sports book openings.
