The NBA Conference Semifinals kicks off in Miami and Phoenix. The Philadelphia 76ers took out the Raptors in 6 games. Unfortunately for the Sixers, during Game 6, Joel Embiid was concussed with an orbital fracture.  Miami opened Game 1 as a -4.5 favorite before the injury news shot this line to -7.5.  Phoenix is a -5.5 home favorite in Game 1 against Dallas.

The Miami Heat easily dispatched the Atlanta Hawks to advance. Even missing Jimmy Butler and Kyle Lowry, the Heat were able to win Game 5 and advance 4-1. Lowry will miss Monday night but Butler is expected to be back. Can the 76ers compete with the East #1 seed without their MVP?

The Mavericks have Luka Doncic back in the lineup and were able to move past Utah in 6 games. Now they face the team with the NBA’s best record. The Suns were pushed by the Pelicans but also prevailed in 6 games. Who will prevail in a battle of 2 top defensive teams?
