In a game of HORSE, players try to match each other's shots, which could be done in separate gyms as long as those involved can provide a live stream. However, Young did provide a bit of a stipulation for the contest.
The NBA hosted HORSE competitions as part of its All-Star weekends in 2009 and 2010.
Our friends at PricePerPlayer are among those speculating as to when (hopely not IF) the NBA returns to finish off the 2020 season after Covid-19 set the world upsidedown.

- Will The Bookie See NBA Lines Soon?
The NBA is not giving hope and are still trying to not completely cancel the season. They are looking at other sports leagues from other countries for ideas. They could, also, check out fellow US sports leagues like the MLB for ideas. For instance, the NBA has to mass test their players, staff, officials, and other related professions. But it would not be prudent to hoard tests just to resume games. Especially when the general public itself has no access to it. Thus, access to rapid response tests will be the best bet for this.
The NBA and the MLB are similar in finding a way to secure the whole league, its players, and staff, without having to spend much time and money. The most effective option, is to have a specified location where everyone involved will be housed. This can ensure better security control, but will mean that everyone will be away from their families for the remainder of the league.
Different possibilities have been rumored over the past few weeks. One of the earlier reports suggested the league hoped to play a shortened amount of regular season games before moving into the playoffs while recent rumors suggest the league is pessimistic that it will be able to return at all and expects to cancel the rest of the season.
What the ultimate outcome will be remains unknown at this time and will remain as such for some time. Silver recently spoke on the possibility of an NBA return and said they won’t be able to make any decision until at least the month of May, according to Tim Bontemps of ESPN.
Bookmakers were comprised after NBA 2K results were released online.
The tournament started last week but after sportsbooks started seeing a significant amount of bets coming in on an under-dog they figured something was a bit fishy. Top-seeded Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets was the favorite to win his match against 16th seed Miami Heat forward Derrick Jones. There was a lot of bets coming in on Jones despite him being a heavy underdog which alarmed the betting providers. Jones won the match and gamblers cashed in a five figure amount.
Turns out, the results of the matches were being leaked online before being aired on TV.
Head bookmaker from MyBookie.AG, David Strauss, told Reuters "That's a nightmare scenario for us. When a result is compromised, we close the lines and look for the info ourselves.”
