Arizona Wildcats Continue to Crush the Bookmakers With Statement Win Over UCLA

The Arizona Wildcats have been pulverizing the books as of late.   They have only failed to cover once in their last nine games.  Two other games could be considered a push depending on the line offered.

Fox Sports Aaron Tores wrote of Arizona’s 96-85 victory over the No. 3-ranked Bruins:

The matchup wasn’t supposed to go this way. This was supposed to be UCLA’s coronation in the City of Angels: A big win in front of a national TV audience, in the most important home game the Bruins had played in years. It was an afternoon where students lined up early by the thousands to get in (with many turned away) and celebrities like Pro Football Hall of Famer Cris Carter and Baseball Hall of Famer Dave Winfield sat courtside. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar was honored at halftime after receiving his Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Overall this season, Arizona has held onto an 11-7-2 record Against The Spread.  This was their 12th straight win.  Regional bookmakers not utilizing Pay Per Head contract services were likely getting pummeled this season, especially over the past few weeks.
