After opening at -4.5 in favor of Memphis, the Spurs-Grizzlies Game 3 point spread for the Western Conference Finals 2013 had moved up to -5.5 at a few online sportsbooks.  SportsBettingOnline.com was currently offering the Grizzlies at -5.  Betting action was balanced on both sides.

While Memphis may be down 0-2 in this Playoffs series, this is familiar territory for the Grizzlies who managed to dig themselves out of a 0-2 hole a few weeks back against the LA Clippers to eventually advance.

"We're down 0-2 and we've got to take care of home just like they took care of home," Grizzlies guard Tony Allen said Friday. "Simple as that."

Indeed they are 41-7 during the 2012-2013 season (including the Playoffs) playing at home.   They have beaten the Spurs in the last two meetings played in Memphis.

As Gambling911.com noted in its preview for Game 2 of this series, the Grizzlies have tended to play especially well following a loss to San Antonio over the past two years and this held true the other night when Memphis helped bring that game into overtime before ultimately losing by 4 points.

While Memphis may have won their last two home games versus San Antonio, the Grizzlies failed to cover the current spread in either of those games.

Still, The Grizzlies are 6-0 Against The Spread in their last six games at home overall.  They are also an impressive 9-1 ATS in their last ten games following an ATS win.
