According to Twitter/X, Ashton Jeanty is going to take home the Heisman Trophy at season's end.

A recent study performed by BetOnline.ag shows that Twitter users think Jeanty will win in a landslide. Check out the map below to see a state-by-state breakdown.

The oddsmakers...not as definitive. Jeanty is the current favorite at 2/1, but Dillon Gabriel (3/1), Travis Hunter (6/1) and Cam Ward (6/1) aren't too far off the lead.

It's worth noting that Hunter's Heisman odds went from 12/1 to 6/1 this week once his injury was cleared.

The map above is based on geotagged X data during the last 30 days, tracking Heisman tweets in every state, and which player is most predicted to win.

For example, "Ashton Jeanty will win the Heisman," or tweets about a specific player that were tagged with the hashtag #Heisman, #HeismanWinner, #Heisman2024, #HeismanFavorite, etc.

The player with the highest percentage of Heisman tweets in each state "won" that state. More than 150,000 tweets were used in the study.

Here's the state-by-state breakdown:
