Sportsbook.com has cancelled betting on Celebrity Apprentice following an unusual betting trend involving one of the Rivers tandem and poker pro Annie Duke.  Some early and unsubstantiated published rumors may have contributed to this betting trend, however.

"We've had to pull all odds on this event," Sportsbook.com spokesperson, Dave Stanley told Gambling911.com Monday morning.

Entertainment Weekly had a preview of the show:

The cast isn't quite as good as last year's: Annie Duke is trying to be the bossy Omarosa but doesn't have the venom. She's just pushy. Scott Hamilton and Herschel Walker actually seem to be taking the game seriously, which is just sad. And Dennis Rodman is still trying to peddle his "bad boy" persona, although he's just confirming something I thought in his heyday: His outrageousness is solely expressed by his clothing and tattoos - but personality-wise, he is the dullest man alive.

This is not the first time Sportsbook.com has had to take down odds on entertainment events.  Just two weeks ago, the online gambling site was forced to remove odds on the dress designers for both Angelina Jolie and Kate Winslet following unusual betting patterns.
