Oakland has actually beaten Dallas the two times they played one another this decade, first in 2001 then again in 2005.  Oakland is as bad a team as they were in 2005 while Dallas is about as good, though the Raiders were a -3 ½ point favorite at the time.

Be careful here though. Tony Romo hurt his back early in last Sunday's game against the Redskins and struggled with his accuracy for the rest of the contest. He is expected to play and coach Wade Phillips says the QB is feeling better.

Just a few Oakland Raiders vs. Dallas Cowboys odds trends to consider before betting on this game:

Oakland is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games following a S.U. win.

Oakland is 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games on fieldturf.

Dallas is 18-6-2 ATS in their last 26 home games vs. a team with a losing road record.

The Cowboys are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games as a favorite of 10.5 or greater.

The Cowboys are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games after allowing less than 15 points in their previous game.
