BetOnline.com’s Dave Mason has revealed that New England Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker is getting the most betting action to win Super Bowl 2012 MVP.  (see hundreds of Super Bowl betting props here and get up to $900 in FREE CASH based on your initial deposit)

Should Welker be named Super Bowl MVP, the payout would be 14-1 or $1400 for every $100 wagered or $140 for every $10 wagered.

As an undrafted free agent, Welker led the NFL in number of receptions during the year 2007 and holds the four highest single-season reception totals in Patriots history.

Through 15 games in 2011, Welker led the NFL in receptions, receiving yards, yards per game, and receptions for first downs, ranking among the top five in receiving touchdowns and receptions of 20 yards or more and finishing the season with 122 receptions (tied for fourth-highest total in NFL history), 1,569 receiving yards and 98.5 yards per game (both second to Calvin Johnson), and 77 receptions for first down (tied with Johnson for the NFL lead).  He also had a career-high 9 touchdown receptions.

Welker’s odds were listed at 8/1 at some other online sportsbooks.
